All shipments are sent via Priority Mail.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms:

• No cancellations or refunds.
• Buying with an incorrect card is not a valid reason for cancellation.

• Inventory is limited, and every unit is hand-assembled, so please understand that our time and labor are non-refundable.
• If a chargeback is opened by the buyer’s bank, we will submit all evidence — including tracking data, Discord support logs, and purchase communications — to eBay for final resolution.
• We take support seriously and always help our customers troubleshoot or configure their devices. Please contact us on Discord and open a ticket for assistance within 24 hours.
• During holidays or high demand, shipping may take 2–3 business days.
