Defective item and need a replacement?

Please provide your order number so we can verify your purchase date. Remember that the replacement period for factory-defective products is 120 days and also applies to DOA (Dead on Arrival) items. Contact us immediately so you can send the defective tracker, and we’ll provide you with a return label for replacement, always respecting the 120-day limit of our replacement policy.
