If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or held by customs due to unpaid fees, incorrect declarations, or regulatory issues, we are not responsible for refunds, reshipments, or compensation.
Warranty-Related Shipments
If a replacement shipment is approved under warranty, the customer remains responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges associated with the replacement shipment.
